Simply select a photo using "Camera" or "Library" button in the app, and tap "Apply" on a desired effect. Now tap on any part of the photo, reduce the spread region using the "Spread Slider" and adjust the intensity of the effect/filter. Have fun with the features supplied in the app such as:
Accept :-> Make a change permanent
Reuse :-> Make the edited photo as a base photo for another filter
